Pin Loom Weaving with Florencia Correa Campos [12 remaining]
Saturdays October 4 and 11, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm EDT. In this class, students will learn square bias weaving from the basic concepts to being able to design and make a finished object or clothing using woven squares. They will learn to work with different yarn thicknesses, how to achieve different pattern stitches and how to design their own finished objects and clothing by simply joining woven squares, realizing of the endless possibilities of creation that this techniques provides. No experience necessary.STUDENT MATERIALS • 12x12" pin loom (equal distance between pins) • 3 colors of Super Bulky yarn in bright contrasting shades, any material (non elastic) (100 g each) • Notebook (squared paper) + 3 contrasting colors of markers • Plus: yarn needle, notebook+ pencil, scissors and thick crochet hook (6-8 mm) • Printed handouts of the class.
